Photo report from the 64th festival of Italian songs in San Remo

IN THE THEATER OR IN THE RESTAURANT - ALWAYS UNFORGETTABLE EMOTIONS FROM THE ITALIAN SONG FESTIVAL IN SAN REMO

Italian poetry, Italian films, Italian songs - all this spoils our ears with the soft, melodious sound of one of the most beautiful languages on the planet. Without even knowing and not understanding it, you can still feel passion and romance in it, love and tenderness, happiness and pain. These feelings are familiar to each of us, they live inside us, they only need to be awakened.

So it is with talent: each of us possesses it, the task is only to find it inside. The nature of talents is limitless, but today I would like to talk about music in all its manifestations. My choice is related to one of the most important events of the year in Italy - the 64th festival of Italian songs in San Remo.

This competition is a story that is being created before our eyes. Since 1951, this festival every year in February does not cease to please us with new talents. Participation in the event marked the beginning of the career of many now famous Italian singers such as Andrea Bocelli, Laura Pausini and Eros Ramazotti.

Thanks to live television broadcasts, we can enjoy the emergence of new stars in the music industry. Already in the 60s they learned about the festival in the Soviet Union, primarily by a number of participants who became famous: Adriano Celentano, Mina, Gianni Morandi other. As you can see, everything is subject to music: distance, borders, political differences.

In 2014, the Italian Song Festival is held in San Remo from February 18 to 22.

The life of the city of San Remo during this period comes to life more than ever. You will not find minutes for boredom day or night. I am sure of this for sure, having visited this city several times during the festival, I was delighted. On every corner, at any minute, you can meet a famous person. You have a unique opportunity to attend this competition at the Ariston Theater and to see the whole festival live.

But even if you are not the lucky ticket holder, you can watch the live broadcast while enjoying dinner at one of San Remo's chic restaurants, Victory Morgana Bay.

The unique establishment on the Mediterranean coast in San Remo, located between two ports on an area of 1350 square meters, resembles a huge, modern sailboat. The dome of this establishment recreates the starry sky, creating a fabulous atmosphere for a cozy and magical dinner. In turn, a huge display located in the center of the institution will allow you to follow the Italian song festival.

And even in the moments of a commercial break you will find what to do with yourself. Thanks to two gorgeous terraces, you can enjoy the surf in its full beauty.

The structure of the chameleon is transformed throughout the day: for lunch - the place of a business lunch or exhibition; at sunset - the place of the aperitif; in the evening - the broadcast of the festival along with dinner, presented by a varied menu, from classic Italian dishes to ethnic dishes that impress with their taste. Fans of Japanese cuisine are assigned a special area where professional chefs will delight you with delicious sushi and sashimi; at night - a disco and a resting place for many participants in the music contest.

During the festival, this institution organizes theme parties, which, in terms of the number of celebrities present, are not much different from the competition itself.

Party Sky was a presentation of the new television channel, which was attended by celebrities of the music industry, as well as stars of the film industry and show business.

The Universal Party was marked by the emergence of such a popular DJ as Bob Sinclair.

Playboy Party featuring Hugh Hefner.

I could go on ad infinitum, but as the proverb says: “It’s better to see once than hear a hundred times.”

I would like to add on my own that the week of this festival concentrates so many events and celebrities that emotions remain in my memory for a long time. It doesn’t matter where you will be in this period, the main thing is that you take part and feel the importance of discovering new talents.
