The best bars of Milan with craft beer

In Milan, today open about 25 specialized beer bars and pubs where you can try real craft. The average price of a glass ranges from 5 to 7 euros. Beer "manual brewing" in Italy and Europe is becoming increasingly popular.

If until now your opinion about the taste of beer was based on drinks like Heineken, Stella Artois or Baltic 7, then it is time to expand your horizons and try at least the styles of IPA, APA, Imperial Porter, Oatmeal Stout, Red Ale, Saison. So many discoveries await you, I even envy.

Read about my favorite places in Milan below.

Tap milano

  • Address: Via Enrico Nöe, 2
  • Working hours: from 18:00 to 02:00
  • Site: tap-milano.com

Tap Milano Bar is a 20-minute walk from Milan Central Station (Milano Centrale). The institution is small, can accommodate up to 30 visitors. I like to sit here on the second floor, but you can also hang out at the bar to chat with visitors, practice Italian.

The staff is very friendly. A selection of about 20 types of draft beer and about the same amount of bottled beer, we drank IPA. The cost of a glass is from 5 to 6 euros.

Scott Duff Pub

  • Address: Via Alessandro Volta, 13
  • Working hours: from 12:30 to 02:00
  • Site: www.scottduff.it

Scott Duff Pub is a 15-minute walk from Sforza Castle. Plus the institution that it works from 12:30 to 2 nights. For a snack you can take a dozen Arrosticini at 90 cents apiece - this is a traditional dish of the Abruzzo region, but is popular throughout Italy.

Sloan Square

  • Address: Piazzale Cadorna n.2
  • Working hours: from 11:00 to midnight, on Saturdays until 01:00
  • Site: www.sloanesquare.it

Sloan Square Bar is next to Milano Cadorna Station in the city center. A choice of 24 types of draft craft. Also at the bar there is a good restaurant with very affordable prices for Milan. I advise you to look here for lunch: lasagna, ravioli, risotto or a burger cost from 9 to 14 euros.

Quality Craft Beer BQ

  • Address: Alzaia Naviglio Grande, 44
  • Working hours: from 18:00 to 02:00
  • Site: www.sloanesquare.it

The Quality Craft Beer BQ is located in Navigli, Milan's most atmospheric area with many restaurants. A small restaurant with ten varieties of craft beer. You can take away and hang out with the locals at the canal. In the evening there is a huge crowd and fun.

Santa Lucia Station in Venice

The first thing that guests of Venice see when arriving in the city on the water by train is the Santa Lucia Station (Stazione di Venezia Santa Lucia). This building can be called a "black sheep" among other Venetian buildings: it was built relatively recently: in the middle of the 20th century. Nevertheless, when the tourist’s foot just steps on the platform of Santa Lucia, he immediately smells an amazing Venetian smell of damp and mud, which, however, still conveys a certain romantic spirit.
